About Rosalind

As an autistic person with a chronic health condition, I have navigated my own path through a world not always designed for neurodivergent minds. This journey has fueled my passion for creating inclusive environments and advocating for change. My approach is strengths-based, recognising that our challenges often coexist with our greatest strengths. I believe in harnessing these strengths to foster growth and achievement.

In my professional role, I mentor university students and young adults, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges. I also work as a trainer and consultant, specialising in neurodiversity and disability equality in the workplace. My goal is to transform workplaces, promoting practices that reduce burnout through neurodivergent-friendly strategies.

I envision a world where workplaces are designed to accommodate diverse neurotypes, reducing burnout and promoting well-being. I work outside the box, constantly questioning and reimagining possibilities. My aim is to assess physical and social environments, offering tailored advice and guidance to address challenges across various settings. I help businesses identify specific challenges through workshops and consultations and develop neurodivergent solutions.

As an artist and poet, creativity and reflection are integral to my practice. I use these skills to develop innovative solutions and approaches tailored to each person’s needs. Whether it’s through mentoring, consulting, or delivering workshops. I aim to inspire and empower my clients to live a life that supports and works for them.

With a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Pre-Registration) from Northumbria University, where I graduated with distinction, I have honed my expertise and deepened my understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent adults. I’m a proud member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists, and I continually engage with the latest developments and best practices in the field.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me creating art, swimming, or with my head in a romance novel.
